Reminder to all:
- Visit the doctor if you are down with a cold or cough.Wear a mask when you go to the clinic.
- Cough or blow your nose into the tissue paper and away from other people.
- Dispose the tissue paper properly into appropriate bins
- After you have done so,make sure you do not touch your eyes,mouth or nose.
- Wash your hands as frequently as you can,especially before meals and after going to the bathroom ,to prevent the spread of germs.
Cadets are reminded to practice good hygiene and visit a doctor if you are under a cold or cough.
There is still no word if there will be training carried out next week.Training details shall be updated as soon as time and condition permits.Take care of yourselves and do check the blog once in a while to see if there are any updates.
