Theory Examination Format
1. Examination will be set based on the following syllabus.
2. Questions will be MCQs, True / False and Short Answers.
3. 30 mins to anwer all Questions
4. Examination Questions will take reference to the First Aid Manual Edition 8.
Sec1 and 2 BFA/Re-exam topics
- CPR, Choking
- Wounds and Bleedings
- Fractures
- Asthma, Hyperventilation
- Shock and Fainting
- Cramps, Sprain, Strain, Dislocation
- Drowning & Hanging
- Basic Bandaging: All Arm Sling, Scalp Bandage & Hand Bandage.
- General Approach

Exams Timeslots for GESS are as follows:
0900 to 0955-AFA exam Venue: Multi-Purpose Room, Level 2
1000 to 1055-BFA RE-exam Venue: Lecture Room 2&3 OR Lecture Room 5
1100 to 1155-BNCO exam Venue: Lecture Room 2&3
1100 to 1155-AFA RE-exam Venue: Lecture Room 4
1200 to 1255-BFA exam Venue: Lecture Room 2&3 OR Lecture Room 5
1200 to 1300-AFA exam for FDIs Venue: Lecture Room 4
*ALL are to report to the venue AT LEAST 15 Minutes before the exam starts.
